由于android 7.0新增了動態(tài)權限，所以我們在做拍照和相冊選取功能的時候，需要申請?zhí)砑觿討B(tài)權限

實現(xiàn)效果圖：

（1）在res目錄下，新建xml文件夾，在xml文件夾中新建一個filepaths.xml

（2）去清單文件里面添加權限 AndroidManifest.xml，拍照和選照片權限只加這一個即可，多加錯加均會導致程序報錯

（3）添加provider，注意provider紅色部分為當前項目包名，黑色部分為xml文件夾中filepaths文件名
