基于Java實(shí)現(xiàn)中文分詞系統(tǒng)的示例代碼
1.問(wèn)題描述
中文分詞 (Chinese Word Segmentation) 指的是將一個(gè)漢字序列切分成一個(gè)一個(gè)單獨(dú)的詞。分詞就是將連續(xù)的字序列按照一定的規(guī)范重新組合成詞序列的過(guò)程。我們知道,在英文的行文中,單詞之間是以空格作為自然分界符的,而中文只是字、句和段能通過(guò)明顯的分界符來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單劃界,唯獨(dú)詞沒(méi)有一個(gè)形式上的分界符,雖然英文也同樣存在短語(yǔ)的劃分問(wèn)題,不過(guò)在詞這一層上,中文比之英文要復(fù)雜的多、困難的多。
而對(duì)于中文分詞也有很多種算法,基本算法主要分為基于詞典的方法、基于統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法和基于規(guī)則的方法。
基于詞典的方法是指按照一定策略將待分析的漢字串與一個(gè)“大機(jī)器詞典”中的詞條進(jìn)行匹配,若在詞典中找到某個(gè)字符串,則匹配成功。按照掃描方向的不同包括正向匹配和逆向匹配,按照長(zhǎng)度的不同分為最大匹配和最小匹配。在基于詞典的方法中,我們采用了正向最大匹配和逆向最大匹配的方法進(jìn)行分詞。
而基于統(tǒng)計(jì)的分詞方法,沒(méi)有詞典,主要思想是在上下文中,相鄰的字同時(shí)出現(xiàn)的次數(shù)越多,就越可能構(gòu)成一個(gè)詞,因此字與字相鄰出現(xiàn)的概率或頻率能較好的反映詞的可信度。主要的統(tǒng)計(jì)模型包括N元文法模型(N-gram),隱馬爾科夫模型(Hidden Markov Model, HMM)。在基于統(tǒng)計(jì)的分詞方法中,我們使用了隱馬爾科夫模型來(lái)進(jìn)行分詞。
基于規(guī)則的方法,主要思想就是通過(guò)模擬人對(duì)句子的理解,達(dá)到識(shí)別詞的效果,基本思想是語(yǔ)義分析,句法分析,利用句法信息和語(yǔ)義信息對(duì)文本進(jìn)行分詞。自動(dòng)推理,并完成對(duì)未登錄詞的補(bǔ)充是其優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但是這種方法現(xiàn)在發(fā)展還不成熟,需要繼續(xù)發(fā)展和研究。
因此在我們的中文分詞系統(tǒng)中,采用了基于詞典的方法:正向最大匹配和逆向最大匹配,以及基于統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法中的隱馬爾科夫(HMM)模型。
2.相關(guān)工作
現(xiàn)如今已經(jīng)有很多的開(kāi)源中分分詞系統(tǒng),而且效果都還不錯(cuò)。下面介紹幾種比較常見(jiàn)的中文分詞項(xiàng)目。
SCWS,Hightman開(kāi)發(fā)的一套基于詞頻詞典的機(jī)械中文分詞引擎,它能將一整段的漢字基本正確的切分成詞。采用的是采集的詞頻詞典,并輔以一定的專有名稱,人名,地名,數(shù)字年代等規(guī)則識(shí)別來(lái)達(dá)到基本分詞,經(jīng)小范圍測(cè)試大概準(zhǔn)確率在 90% ~ 95% 之間,已能基本滿足一些小型搜索引擎、關(guān)鍵字提取等場(chǎng)合運(yùn)用。45Kb左右的文本切詞時(shí)間是0.026秒,大概是1.5MB文本/秒,支持PHP4和PHP 5。
ICTCLAS,這是最早的中文開(kāi)源分詞項(xiàng)目之一,ICTCLAS在國(guó)內(nèi)973專家組組織的評(píng)測(cè)中活動(dòng)獲得了第一名,在第一屆國(guó)際中文處理研究機(jī)構(gòu)SigHan組織的評(píng)測(cè)中都獲得了多項(xiàng)第一名。ICTCLAS3.0分詞速度單機(jī)996KB/s,分詞精度98.45%,API不超過(guò)200KB,各種詞典數(shù)據(jù)壓縮后不到3M。ICTCLAS全部采用C/C++編寫(xiě),支持Linux、FreeBSD及Windows系列操作系統(tǒng),支持C/C++、C#、Delphi、Java等主流的開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言。
HTTPCWS,是一款基于HTTP協(xié)議的開(kāi)源中文分詞系統(tǒng),目前僅支持Linux系統(tǒng)。HTTPCWS 使用“ICTCLAS 3.0 2009共享版中文分詞算法”的API進(jìn)行分詞處理,得出分詞結(jié)果。HTTPCWS 將取代之前的 PHPCWS 中文分詞擴(kuò)展。
3.系統(tǒng)框架和算法設(shè)計(jì)
3.1系統(tǒng)整體框架
系統(tǒng)主要包括選擇分詞算法和進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)試。首先需要選擇進(jìn)行分詞的算法,包括基于HMM模型的分詞算法,正向最大匹配分詞算法和逆向最大匹配分詞算法。選擇了分詞算法之后即可進(jìn)行分詞操作。
若選擇的是基于HMM模型的分詞算法,需要先進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練集的訓(xùn)練,得到訓(xùn)練的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),然后再進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試。數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試包括了文件輸入測(cè)試,進(jìn)行大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)試,也包括了直接輸入測(cè)試,測(cè)試一句話或多句話進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單測(cè)試。
對(duì)于正向最大匹配和逆向最大匹配則不需要進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練集的訓(xùn)練,因?yàn)槠涫腔谠~典的方法,需要詞典,而詞典我們已經(jīng)事先載入程序中了。正向最大匹配和逆向最大匹配也包括了文件輸入測(cè)試和直接輸入測(cè)試。
系統(tǒng)的整體框架如圖3-1所示。
