在網(wǎng)上找的很多方法都無效，只有下面這個方法好用：

在電腦桌面右下角結(jié)束本地連接時無法結(jié)束，并且報錯“此時無法停用連接。這個連接可能在用一個或多個不支持即插即用的協(xié)議，或者它是由其他用戶或系統(tǒng)帳戶初始化的。”的最新終極解決方法。如
下：

1、單擊開始 > 運行 ， 鍵入 cmd ，然后單擊確定；
2、鍵入 netsh winsock reset catalog 然后按 Enter鍵；
3、鍵入 netsh int ip reset reset.log 然后按 Enter鍵；
4、重新啟動計算機(jī)。

開機(jī)后再次“禁用本地連接”如果不行，嘗試以下步驟：

1、單擊開始 > 運行 ， 鍵入 cmd ，然后單擊確定；
2、鍵入 net stop cryptsvc 然后按 Enter鍵；
3、鍵入 ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2 然后
按 Enter鍵；

4、重新啟動計算機(jī)。

說明：我的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接里的本地連接無法禁用了，是最近幾天出現(xiàn)的情
況，到網(wǎng)上搜索了好多資料，經(jīng)過N次的試驗，發(fā)現(xiàn)好多都是殘缺不
全或者是根本錯誤的，現(xiàn)在我把自己的解決方法及一些體會貼出來共
享！這是國外一個網(wǎng)站的帖子，看來國外也有此類問題！

我先按照第一種方法不行，第二種方法解決！

原帖內(nèi)容如下：
XP: Unable To Disable Local Area Connection. Error “It is not possible to disable the connection at this time.”

When you try to disable a Local Area Connection in Windows XP, you get an error:
It is not possible to disable the connection at this time.
This connection maybe using one or more protocols that do not support Plug and play, or it may have been initiated by another user or the system account.
1. Click Start > Run, type cmd and click OK.
2. Type netsh winsock reset catalog and press the Enter key.
3. Type netsh int ip reset reset.log and press the Enter
key.
4. Restart the computer.
Check to see if you can disable the Local Area Connection now. If not, try the following steps:
1. Click Start > Run, type cmd and click OK.
2. Type net stop cryptsvc and press the Enter key.
3. Type ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2 and press the Enter key.
4. Restart the computer.

另外方法：

出現(xiàn)這個問題的原因是：C:\WINDOWS\system32\CatRoot2\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}目錄下的CATDB文件被修改。

從正常的系統(tǒng)中復(fù)制此文件替換，注意要在DOS下替換。對于該解決方法，我的具體步驟如下（WIN XP SP2)：首先找到正常系統(tǒng)中的該CATDB文件，把自己系統(tǒng)里的CATDB文件剪切出來，放到C盤根目錄下（即C:\，這樣為了執(zhí)行命令方便?。?，然后把下載下來的CATDB文件也剪切出來放到D盤根目錄下（即D:\便于替換），現(xiàn)在可以進(jìn)行湘換的操作了！

點擊開始---運行--輸入cmd，輸入命令:copy d:\catdb c:\catdb

回車后出現(xiàn)提示：改寫c:\catdb嗎?(Yes/No/All):

在后面輸入yes回車即可(成功后提示:已復(fù)制1個文件)!

接著把替換后的catdb文件放回原處即C:\WINDOWS\system32\CatRoot2\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}目錄下.

現(xiàn)在進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接就發(fā)現(xiàn)可以禁用本地連接了一切恢復(fù)正常!
