　Office文檔可以通過(guò) Microsoft Office Document Image Writer 打印驅(qū)動(dòng)程序?qū)⑽臋n另存為 TIFF 文件。Microsoft Office Document Image Writer 打印驅(qū)動(dòng)程序是 Microsoft Office Document Imaging 程序的一個(gè)組件，隨 Office 程序一起安裝。
　　1、打開(kāi)要發(fā)送的文檔。
　　2、在“文件”菜單上，單擊“打印”。
　　3、在“打印”對(duì)話框的“名稱”列表中，單擊“Microsoft Office Document Image Writer”，如下圖所示。

選擇“Microsoft Office Document Image Writer”項(xiàng)
　　4、單擊“屬性”。
　　5、在“Microsoft Office Document Image Writer 屬性”對(duì)話框中，單擊“高級(jí)”選項(xiàng)卡。
　　6、在“輸出格式”下，選擇“TIFF - 黑白傳真”選項(xiàng)，再單擊“確定”。
　　7、在“打印”對(duì)話框中，單擊“確定”。
　　8、在“另存為”對(duì)話框中，選中“查看文檔圖像”復(fù)選框和所需的任何其他選項(xiàng)，再單擊“確定”。
　　9、可對(duì) Microsoft Office Document Imaging 中的文檔進(jìn)行所需的任何更改。
